How To Treat Itchy White Patches Behind Knees Indicate?

im 25 years old female im average height weight 60 to be exact,i have a skin condition and i have no idea what exactly it may be, i have this white patch /spots patch on the back of my knee. i have it for as long as i can remember,ive tried various of things such as bio oil , nivea q10 oil,lemon juice vitam,in e oil capsules,and nothing seems to be working,it does have a itchy sensation once in awhile ,no burns though,please help

Hi.
As per your case history you are having vitiligo patches, my treatment advice is -
1. Avoid any trauma as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a placentrax gel once in morning and tacrolimus 0.03 % ointment once at night on patch.
3. Take a vitamin b12 supplement once daily for 3 months.
4. Other treatment options are oral steroid, oral psoralen taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
