How To Treat Itchy Scrotum?
My sons scrotum was itchy yesterday and then today the skin around the head of his penis is extremely swollen.and his lymphs on left side of thigh are red and swollen. Took him to the ER and they said they had never seen it and sent him home with steroids and cream. What would cause this?

Hi,
It seems that as this happened suddenly, there might be having some poisonous bite giving rise to allergic reaction, itching and infection.
Give him antihistamine like Cetrizine or Benadryl for 2-3 days.
Give him one course of antibiotic medicine for 3-5 days.
Apply triple acting cream locally.
Keep local hygiene proper.
Ok and take care.
