General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
It seems to be due to vaginal infection.
It could be bacterial vaginosis or viral vaginitis or candida infection over vulva etc.
Treatment is mainly depend on the cause or which type of infection it is.
If bacterial vaginosis then you will require antibiotics oral and topical cream or ointments.
If fungal infection then vaginal suppositories to be put over there.
Consult your gynecologist for further advise.
