How To Treat Itching Of Eyes With Milky Fluid Covering The Eyes?

I have serious itching of the eyes, whenever I exposed the eyes to dust or when i m about to start my menstral period the itching will start with milky fluid covering the eyes. I have tried so many eye drops but nothing change. I have suffering with this issue since i m 3yrs old now i m 25yrs old. Plesse help me. Thanks

you are having allergic conjunctivitis. wash your eyes with clean water. take tab levocetrizine 5mg tablet daily. apply cromal eye drop 3times daily.avoid expo user to dust.
