How To Treat Itchiness In Penis?

Hi, I was on tour in thailand 2 months back and had got oral from female without cover (Condom) but I cum outside her mouth, now i am getting itching in my peniss and there is some deposit of white thread type, when i was it goes of and again in 2 days it start again , now i m applying some gel, so it is not develop , but if i stop for 2 days it again start foeming small white layer deposit and causes itching, Please advice do i have infecyed with HIV

White threads on penis may be due to candida albicans infections. It is one type of fungal infections and easily treatable.
To rule out and treatment for it, please consult your skin specialist.
If that woman was HIV positive and there are aberrations on your penis then some chances are there to spread HIV to you.
The lab tests are positive after six months of having acquired with HIV.
So consult your doctor and get proper guidance for it.
