How To Treat Irregular Periods Post Abortion ?

I had an abortion two months ago, and was able to expect my menstruation after 40 days. It came. yet my next menstruation didn't came yet. Am i only having irregular menstruation? Or is there something went wrong during my abortion process? my pregnancy test shows negative results for two months already..Pls answer

post abortion irregular periods are common as it takes time for the hormones to come back to normal.
sometimes there may be underlying thyroid problem or even excessive blood loss during abortion can cause anemia and delayed period.please check your hemoglobin level and take iron and vitamins supplement if less.
You can wait for sometime .If still irregular consult your obgyn.
