How To Treat Intestinal Pain With Watery Stool?
Over the past couple of days,my intestines HURT! Watery stools. Some black and then changes to golden brown with mucus and a little burning. Loss of apetite,very thirsty! Went to the ER to no avail...i need help!#painful anytging I eat or drink causes severe pain... :(

I really appreciate your concern, the given symptoms could be suggestive of bacillary dysentery ans I would suggest to treat this with antibiotic and it can be tried with Tab Levofloxacine 500 mg twice in day for four days, ideally stool needs to be sent for culture sensitivity for better management of case, hope this information helps.
