How To Treat Inflamed And Sore Chin After Using Dettol?

HI. About an hour ago I applied Dettol on to my chin to hopefully clear a spot up. I only put a tiny amount on a wet cotton pad and I thought this would be diluted enough but my chin is still very inflamed and sore:( I currently have an ice pack held on it but i m not even sure if this will help with it being a chemical burn. I don t want it to scar and I don t know what to do

you have used concentrated detol.you have to dilute it after cleaning with fresh water repeatedly. ice pack will help.it is not a burn but being corrosive it has developed mild erosion. cleaning with water will help you.
