How To Treat Hypothyroid Leading To Swollen Neck, cold And Hair Loss?

Hello, I went to a siddha n naturopathy for pcos, during the treatment the doctor found I ve been having hypothyroid as well like for an year now. But my thyroid profile test showed that my T3,T4,TSH are super normal. But then since my Hypothyroid symptoms were severe as in feeling abnormally cold, prominently swollen neck, hair loss in the front portion of ma head, sleeping issues, anxiety, constipation, unexplained weight ( I thought it was cos of PCOS) so, I was suggested to take a USG scan of my neck by my general physician, which is also found to be normal. Can someone help me here? Now could this be some auto immune disorder of my thyroid?

your thyroid hormone level are normal but having symptoms of hypothyroidism so you have to take medication in low doses. can have lab test in different lab. physician should examine and clinical finding are more important and treatment should be recomanded according ly. keep watch on symptoms and its development.
