Hey I have been lightheaded for three months now. They said I had hypoglycemia but that was ruled out. I get dizzy, weak, shaky, and sever sweating feet. Like I m a pass out. I went to the doctor and then he said I had pots syndrome. Well he gave me a beta blocker but I didn t see my I help. I later on went to the emergency room and they said it s because of severe uti they said my white blood cell count was 33000 very high. But I took all medications and they said my heart rate was fine but at home it seems to race when I stand up. I don t know I m confused

Your White Blood Cell Count is really high. This is due to infection. Only way to lower your wbc count is by treating your infection with appropriate antibiotics. I think you need hospital admission. Consult your physician again.
