How To Treat Headaches And Photophobia ?
I have constant headaches and photo phobia yet I am not diabetic , have heart disease or high blood pressure. I do have hypo thyroid, fibro myalgia and arthritis.My headaches are daily and moderate to sever and I just do not know and I need help. I am tired of hurting.

I would suggest that you take Tablet.Paracetamol 1gm 4 times a day,if still not relieved add on Tab.Mefenemic acid 500mg 3 times a day.
And for the photophobia I would suggest you visit your physician
