How To Treat Headaches And Nasal Passage Discomfort Caused By Sinus Pressure?
I keep having this sinus pressure but no actual congestion, I m breathing just fine and no runny nose. But there s a pain on the right side of my nose that s causing pain all through my head and I keep having a crackling feeling in my right nasal passage when I lay a certain way. What s wrong with me?

Hi Dear ,
As per your query you have headache and nasal pressure discomfort . As you mention in query that you have problem of sinusitis . The nasal pressure and discomfort is due to congestion and discharge from sinus , the probable reason for headache is also the same . I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper examination , because if sinusitis is left untreated then it can spread to other parts like upper respiratory track through post nasal drip . Doctor may order CT scan , MRI or nasal endoscopy along with other test to rule out condition like allergy . Doctor may prescript antibiotics ( amoxicillin or penicillin ) T least for 10 days , decongestants , anti inflammatory , anti histamine or drain mucous from sinus . For now do saline rinses and take steam twice a day to relief the congestion .
