How To Treat Headaches After Head Injury?

My head got hit by a hard wood cabinet from above three days ago. Was dazed for a moment then fine afterwards. Since then I've had headaches off and on and a feeling of pressure on top of my head. Slight dizziness off and on. Should I go for a CT scan or wait to see if it subsides?
