How To Treat Headache,dizzy And Nausea?

i took mucinex dm at around 10 pm complained of a slight headache and went to bed.At around 1 pm i woke up dizzy, nausious and had a panic attack. unfortunately i am no stranger to these so i just calmed my self down. obviously this doesnt agree with my system, when will it be fully out and i take 25mg of tirosint each day a 7 am. will that conflict? im scared to take my thyroid meds until this is out of my system! lesson learned:/

Yes, you are right. Mucinex (N acetyl cysteine) can cause dizziness, nausea, vomiting etc.
You are also having ongoing stress and anxiety. So combination of both (mucinex and stress, anxiety) have caused more worsening of symptoms.
And no need to worry. You can take your 7 am dose of tirosint.
This won't interact with mucinex.
Usually mucinex take 12-15 hours to eliminate completely from the body.
So avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm. Don't take mucinex further.
Don't worry, you will be alright.
