Hello!
Welcome on Healthcaremagic!
I read carefully your question and would explain that her symptoms do not seem to be related to the
head trauma.
They could be caused by tension type headache or chronic degenerations of the
cervical spine, as her symptoms are triggered by bending over.
I would also like to know the new drug she is taking for
diabetes.
Headaches are a common adverse effect of many drugs. If her headaches started after starting the new drug, switching to another drug for diabetes may be considered.
It is necessary also performing some tests:
- a cervical spine X ray study
-
complete blood count for anemia
- blood electrolytes.
I would also recommend you to closely monitor her blood pressure values.
An antidepressant can help helpful to improve her situation.
You should discuss with her doctor on the above issues.
Wishing all the best, Dr. Aida
