Asa per your query you have headache and dizziness after the injury . Well there are very common symptoms after head injury an go away in few days by their own . If they persist beyond certain days then it will becomes matter of concern. The symptoms you mention in query occur due to various reasons like labyrinthine concussion, unilateral vestibular nerve injury or damage to the utricle or saccule, perilymphatic fistula, or less commonly traumatic endolymphatic hydrops . I would suggest you to consult trauma specialist for proper diagnosis . Doctor may order fistula test , MRI scan or CT scan , audiogram and electronystagmography (ENG) . Doctor may recommend surgery , lifestyle changes along with physical therapy depending upon the diagnosis . For now take proper rest and avoid bending forward .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
