I was cleaning out my frig and stood up prior to clearing freezer and hit the back of my head. I did not pass out or even stop for more than a moment to collect myself. I did not feel great the next day as if I hadn t rested well. I still have amild headache and feel tired. No nausea, double vision, just weakness and fatigue don t feel like doing much and when I do I want to stop and rest. Could symptoms like these come from hitting my head?
