How To Treat Head Ache With Blurred Vision,fatigue And Red Bolches On Knuckles?

I ve been feeling weird all day, head hurts when I talk or laugh or move and my vision is quite blurred, more so long distance. I feel oddly fragile and weird and I discovered red blotches on my knuckles like someone had just slapped me, which went away pretty quickly but reappeared on my wrist and hand.

First you need refraction and requered correction to be given. Bolches appearing and vanishing again reappearing in other parts appears tobe allergic rashes. Can take levocetrizine tablet with aplication of caladryl lotion. It will be better if family physician examine and give opinion.
