Hello dear.
Welcome to healthcaremagic. I have read your query and understood your concern.

Usually if hair fall is related to the medications, it subsides only after stopping the corresponding drug. But if it unavoidable, you can take supplements containing selenium, biotin, calcium patothenate which are required for hair growth.

In addition, increase intake of green leafy vegetables in diet and fresh fruits.
Avoid use of harsh shampoos.
This is my best advice for you. If you have any further query, you may ask me.
Stay healthy.
