First and foremost you must adhere to a
soft diet, that does not upset your stomach too much. That means limiting acidic, fatty and or high calorie meals, and focusing more on light meals high in fiber and or nutrients. Secondly I would suggest adequate fluid hydration as to heal your intestines, promote flow and detoxify your system, as well as to replenish much of the water lost in
diarrhea. You must also take a look at your medical regimen (medications) to determine if there are any which could cause further
stomach upset with individuals suffering from
IBS. Lastly, as IBS is highly affiliated with
