How To Treat Frequent Stomach Pain And Nausea?
Have had stomach ache for a couple of weeks but 2 days ago I woke feeling sick very nauseous sore stomach then sore bones. Was ok for about 6 hours today then got very sore head and bone s again then very nausea just made myself vomit to try feel better. Also felt really weak . Thanks

Well come to HCM
The most common cause of abdominal pain is hyperacidity and this need to be treated initially unless proves some other etiology and best drug would be "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day at evening time 2) Tab Domperidone 30 mg once in day 3) Tab Dicyclomine three times in day, if this fails to responds then this need to be clinically examined and investigated, take care, have a nice day.
