How To Treat Frequent Seizures With The Condition Of Cerebral Palsy?

What kind of a doctor should I take my disabled daughter to for investigation? She is 36, has cerebral palsy. She has had occasional seizures throughout her life. Dx. seizure disorder. For years I have thought they were hormone related as frequently occurred a week or so prior to her period. This was poopooed by neurologists but it is now happening before almost every period and the seizures are more severe.

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The seizures may be hormone related since they are occurring before every menstrual cycle.
You need to consult a neurologist only for management of the seizure disorder.
A prophylactic drug for seizure disorder may be helpful to control the seizures before every menstrual cycle.
Conservative treatment is best suited for your daughter in the presence of cerebral palsy.

Thanks and take care
