How To Treat Frequent Occurrence Of Fever In Child?

my daughter is ten year old.last ten days temp remained 99 centegrade constaly. s.typhi H is 1:180, s.typhi O IS 1:140. Cefixime 200 mg started before five days.also ten days before given cepfodoxime 100mg thrice in a day and given total 15 tablet og 100 mg.as on today she got 98.5-99.5 temp.please advice me

ideally enteric fever should be treated for a period of 10-14 days.....u have to repeat widal test to c if the titers are falling or otherwise continue tablets.......other reasons could be mutidrug resistant enteric fever which could only be recognised by taking a blood culture........then u got to switch over to other drug or other mode of treatment (IV drugs) for complete cure.
