How To Treat Frequent Hot Flashes?

I have been experiencing hot flashes now for approximately a year with them getting much worse during the summer months. I have been taking Estroven extra strength for three months and it doesn t seem to be alleviating them. Do you have any other suggestions short of getting on hormonal replacement drugs?

You may try with drugs like Pregabalin etc which are non hormonal pills which can be used for control of hot flushes.
