How To Treat Fourth Ventricle Abnormality Mediated Right Side Paralysis?

Dear Doctors, Right hand, Right leg and tongue was not working properly for my mother in law. While taking CT scans the report says everything is normal except Fourth ventricle is in Abnormal. she is not able to walk. yesterday shes slightly moving her right hand. Im very worried, so kindly help me what to do ??
