Hello As she is suffering from fever, cough , nausea, vomiting, sore throat , after amoxy+clauvalanic treatment fever subsides i.e. throat infection in under control . Nausea , vomiting may be due to hyper acidity caused by fever and drugs, when such type of patient visit my clinic I usually prescribe them stemetil M D + antacid syrup ( containing oxetacaine ) . But sometimes also neede proton pump inhibitors like pntaloc- D for acidity ( main reason of nausea and vomiting). Still if drugs vomits then intravenous drip ( glucose + saline ) provide needed relief . In my opinion deal as mentioned above. Good luck.
