Hi my son is 1 year old yesterday he was having fever n did was not eating much,in the morning he was very drowsy that he was unable to stand I gave him corn flakes in milk n after 3 days he finished his bowl(now a days he not eating much) today in the afternoon the fever was gone but after that he started having loose motions quite watery n he did not ate much in the morning corn flakes in after noon just half slice n after that just one t spoon of rice n he is not eating at all n has passed 8 motions n one thing more to mention when he had something even a spoon there comes a sound from his tummy n after that he passes a stool what to soi am so worried

See as looking into the history it is clear your son is suffering from gastroenteritis. For this you have to give him syrup norflox 100 mg/5 ml twice daily with syrup metrogyl 100 mg/5 ml thrice daily with syrup ibugesic-plus or syrup combiflam 2.5 ml three times daily for fever. You have to give him syrup vomikind or syrup domstal 2.5 ml twice daily if vomiting is there. You have to give him feeds and breast milk regularly at short interval so that your son doesn't feel lethargic.
