How To Treat Fever And Cough Inspite Of Taking Quadtab For Tuberculosis?

my son was diagnosed with Tuberculosis after a month of rigid tests...on blood, urine and xrays as he was complaining about having fever and coughing on first three weeks..his condition has gotten better since the prognosis was not final then. then TB was the final diagnosis. He is taking quadtab...he is taking for almost 5days now and the fever and sweating are still existing...how do we know if the medication is working?

tuberculosis is diagnosed by sputum test. once confirm the four drug regime under dot schedule istobe taken there will not be relief in 5days. it is to be continued for reueired period regularly.
