How To Treat Fatigue And Weight Gain Post Thyroidectomy?

In June of this year I had a total thyroidectomy because of large nodules affecting breathing and swallowing. I am on 100mg of Levothyroxine. I am gaining weight, I feel fuzzy, and I have no energy. My lab results come back normal. Is there some supplement I can take that will help me with these symptoms?

Hello, Thanks for using Healthcaremagic. I had gone through all the data you have posted. Post total thyroidectomy we need you to take supplements for both thyroid and parathyroid problem. as parathyroid glands as are and located behind the thyroid they get removed and causes hypocalcemia and at time hypocalcemia may be severe.
so along with Levothyroxine kindly take calcium supplement combined with Vit D3 and magnesium.
kindly check Vit D3 and serum calcium levels..

Hope this helps.
