Hello thanks for asking from HCM for your health related queries I can understand your concern. Most likely you have a surgical condition called phimosis. It is a condition in which individuals fails to retract their foreskin over prepuce. The condition is not a serious condition but if retraction becomes painful or some times impaction of skin occurs over tip of penis then treatment is required. I d advise you to consult a surgeon for proper evaluation and management. If circumcision is needed then go for it. Circumcision is a minor operation that can be done on OPD basis also and it is a safe surgery. You will recover from your problems in few days only. For poor erection if symptoms persist even after circumcision then visit a psychiatrist for help. PDE-5 inhibitor drugs like Sildenafil, Tadalafil etc are commonly used for poor erections.
