hi,
you seem to suffer from muscle strain due to your workload.
you just need to
1.take a break from work for few days if you can
2. give rest to your calf muscles
3. apply ice packs 5-6 times a day for 10 min
4. if in too much pain you can take anti inflammatory medicine like diclofenac on SOS basis
5. you should also take vitamin E + L-Carnitine twicw a day for a month
6. drink atleast 10-12 glasses of water everyday
7. try and drink coconut water everyday
8. and most important- you'll need to learn few exercises to strengthen your muscles
regards
