I accidently stuck a q-tip to far in my 5 year olds ear and made it bleed. I was cleaning it and he said ow you poked my brain so I said I was sorry then a minute Later I looked and saw blood so I gently wiped it out and didn't see any more what should I do

It seems that there might be having some minor scratch or soreness due to cleaning with q-tip.
Put antibiotic ear drops for 2-3 days.
Do not try to remove crust from the site.
If pain and swelling develops then he might require one course of antibiotic medicine.
