General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, it appears to be due to the urinary tract infection, or a stone in the ureter.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms cifixime, mefenamic acid, dicyclomine hydrochloride, ranitidine, and paracetamol.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
