How To Treat Dizziness While Pooping?

is it normal to get dizzy while pooping and have a strange sensation running down my right arm to the tip of my middle finger. (No, I'm not kidding).... This is especially true if the urge to defecate is almost overwhelming and had to be controlled/stopped until I reached a bathroom.

Your query and concern appreciated, if it is the cardiac elements are there then such symptoms are likely and it needs to be looked for the same and for that I would suggest to get dome the EKG, second it could be due to valsalva maneuver and that must be causing the lowering of blood pressure because of exerting the force for defection, you have not mentioned your age and gender and condition and opinion given here may changed accordingly hope this information helps.
