How To Treat Dizziness, Headaches And Sore Stomach?

I dont know what this is, but every time i drink a fizzy drink, such as pepsi, coke or fanta, i start to feel sick, sometimes dizzy, and quite weak too. I dont know if this also has anything to do with it but i get head aches and a sore stomach (like i am going to vomit) when i drink coffee. Can you please help? I also dont drink enough water but i dont think it is that.

Hello dear,

The symptoms as mentioned in your post can be attributed to accumulation of gas and excess acid formation in stomach.
Appearance of symptoms on drinking fizzy drinks is suggestive of the same.

Symptomatic relief can be obtained with intake of Proton pump inhibitors like Pantoprazole, which prevent acid formation in stomach (to be taken before meals)+ antacid gel (to be taken after meals).

And it is also needed that you take certain precautions regarding your diet & lifestyle, such as:
1. Take soft, plain, non-spicy foods
2. Drink lots of water to maintain adequate hydration
3. Avoid fast foods & gas producing food products like cabbage, etc.
4. Keep away stress, think positive.
5. Exercise regularly & practice meditation.
