How To Treat Dizziness, Head Spinning And Stomach Upset?
My friend is experiencing dizziness, the room spinning, and has upset stomach. She has been having vision problems which she is being treated by her eye dr with eye drops. She feels like her equilibrium is off. What do you suggest the problem may be and should she seek medical attention?

From your history it is suggestive of vertigo. Though low and high blood sugar levels and also low and high blood pressure can produce similar complaint.
After checking blood sugar level and blood pressure And if it is normal we can confirm vertigo if nystagmus is there
For which she can take
Tablet stemetil , tablet vertical 8 mg , tablet stugeron twice a day.
She will be fine.
