How To Treat Disturbed Sleep?
The nights that I sleep extremely sound for 7-8 hours and have deep detailed dreams, I wake up with a purple sticky substance on my lips. On nights where I don't sleep well or don't dream much, it is not there. It may sound strange, but It makes me wonder if it is some form of "ectoplasm" that has been said to excrete from mediums. I know there is nothing in the scientific community that even verifies ectoplasm exists, I just can't find any other information as to what it could be, and why it only shows up when my detailed dreams include dead relatives.

When you sleep long hours, you may salivate. If you are applying something in your mouth or on your lips, it may get mixed up with the saliva and produce a sticky substance.
Everyone dreams. Sometimes, we remember dreams and sometimes we don't. You should not worry about ectoplasm.
