How To Treat Diarrhoea?

I started out sick on Sunday, headache thowing up. I slept most of the day. Had diareahh that day, Monday didnt feel that bad but still had diareah and I did eat a bowl of cereal and some crackers. Today shitting bowls of water since 2:00am this morning.

Drink plenty of water, avoid oily spices, avoid high fat diet. Use tab.oflox Ornidazole twice a day with tab. Sporulac thrice a day.

Take rest drink ors liquid frequently. If symptoms not improved consult your doctor immediately.
