Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history about your 20 year old daughter, who developed, vomiting, diarrhea, high temperature and chills lat night. She had tablets in the morning and the diarrhea stopped, vomited twice today, feels really ill and feels like dying, has also stomach cramps, muscle aches, and feet are cold.
This is an emergency as there is gastroenteritis with signs of toxemia.
I would advise you the following:
Take her to ER for urgent replacement of fluids, electrolytes, antibiotics and supportive therapy.
Get her tests of blood: culture and sensitivity, WBC, Electrolytes.
Treatment as per the findings.
Do not treat at home.
