hello,,, my child was already admitted in hospital for few days due to amoeba she s month ..treated and just released after few days... i thought she s fine but then after days she s beginning to bowel again frequently ...tell me what to do...thak you .... ron

I appreciate your concern, if this is the amoebic infection then condition need to be managed with Metronidazole and the dose needs to be adjusted according to age or weigh of patient and it need to be given for five to seven days, if the patient is already being treated then then it is nothing to worry because what the symptom of passing is stool is there it may not be due to any disease and it will be fine soon, just care need to be taken for hydration, hope this information helps.
