How To Treat Diabetes Associated Kidney Failure And Water Retention In Legs?

My best-friend (sister) is diabetic with conditions associated with many in-patient hospital visit s, coupled with kidney failure (diagnosed) water retention through her legs and sometimes chest pains. However, another trip will be had Febuary 11th, 2014 @ approx.: on or about 9 am to 11 am, together with her age of over-weight 340 lbs- age 62. What, if anything, can you recommend, medications approved by FDA or Medical Journals success reasonably prescribed with this type-2 diabetes, high-leveled water retention in her legs that can be alleviational to her condition because she is rady to give up on life. Manage diabetis with normal blood sugar Diet should be dibetic. She should be physicaly active. Morning walk should be regular. Do a kiddney function test. with the result you can consult diabetologist and cardiologist.
