How To Treat Degenerative Changes In The Spine?

I was knocked down 4 years ago by students. I have been to pain clinic, aquatic therapy 10 times. the spine surgeon wants to do bilateral sacroiliac injections. I have degeneration, spurs, a 38 year old surgery that has fused itself, spinal narrowing, most of all I hurt all the time. Ins has denied the injections. Do you think they would help? hi it is not clear where you have pain though you have described various ailments of the past. If you have persistent pain in sacroillaic region , then apart from medicines , local injections may help you but if the pain is because of spinal pathology then local injections may not be of very much help.
