How To Treat Dandruff Covered Wound With Itchiness?

hi, i got a wound on my head looks like a dandruff wound, covered with dandruff,, n some times itchy too,, its been there for more than a year now, i tried herbal meds like lemon but it didnt help me,, i stopped using hair conditioner also,i just use normal shampoo, i dont have flies on my head, n i bath every day, but still this wound gets spread,, please help me,, what shall i do?

Hello,

Dandruff is due to excessive flaking of skin and deposition on scalp.

I guide my patients to wash scalp twice in a single bath. It means when you are washing your scalp apply first time shampoo for washing the hair part only, then rinse it off immediately with water. Reapply the shampoo again immediately, leave it for around 5 minutes, do a good gentle massage by your fingers for around 2 minutes and then wash it off. By washing in this manner for around 7 days you will get good benefit in itching.

Wash your scalp daily and keep good hygiene.
