How To Treat Cramping?

I have been having cramping on the left side of my pubic area and where I believe my ovaries would be. I am 5.3 weeks pregnant. The nurse said she had seen free fluid with the ultrasound. There was no pole or heartbeat but a very small yolk sac. Today I went pee and had a small amount of white tissue looking stuff floating. Could this be a miscarriage
