I have gone through your query.Your problem is most likely palmoplantar psoriasis. It is better to show a dermatologist and confirm it.I usually prescribe ointments like propysalic NF which contains salicylicate and steroid, to use along with Liguid paraffin oil for such case.Hope this may help you.
