You may find relief by taking following medications; Antihistaminic like Claritin,Oral Decongestant like Phenyephrine with Nasal Decongestant drops like Xylometazoline, Analgesic and Anti-inflammatory like Ibuprofen, Antacid like Rantac, Cough expectorant with Bronchodilator like Ambroxol with Salbutamol, Tylenol (Acetaminophan) in case of fever.
