How To Treat Constipation?

I'm 22, male 5' 9", 145Lbs. I've had no serious prior medical conditions and have no allergies to any medications or foods. I've been sick for the past 3 days, and have been having bowel movements at least once an hour for 2 days. Nothing solid has been coming out and I've recently been pooping almost straight blood today. I have internal hemorrhoids and since EVERY bowel movement is accompanied with severe gas/bloating/cramping, I've been having to strain pretty hard every time to pass anything. There really isn't much liquid coming out when I do use the bathroom. The blood I see in the toilette looks like the color of normal blood, it's not very dark which leads me to believe its coming from somewhere in my large intestine. From my research I think I may have popped a blood vessel on one of my hemorrhoids or somewhere else in my large intestine. I haven't eaten much in the past 3 days due to my greatly decreased apetite. I've had a piece of bread yesterday, a bowl of soup and some beef jerky today. I've been drinking plenty of water and pedialyte to prevent dehydration. I took some Imodium to help with the gas, which helped, but it caused constipation and I feel like my body needs to get whatever sickness is in it OUT. I've taken a few pictures of my most recent bowel movements (which are basically just blood) and my prolapsed hemorrhoids. Thanks
