How To Treat Cold In A 6 Months Old Child?

My 6 mos. ols baby has been sick with a cold since Thanksgiving. She was on Amoxicillian for 10 tens and has been finished for almost a week. She's still sick. We noticed last nght that she's got little red pustules all over her ankles and feet. What could it be?

I really appreciate your concern for your baby giving antibiotic without any strong indication is not advisable in child of six months old, the cold is very common condition seen in this age group and no specific treatment available for this it is self limiting phenomenon, the red lesion that you have noticed may be due to the antibiotic, hope this information helps you, take care and have a nice day.
