General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Welcome to Health care magic.

I went through the history you have provided here. It seems from the history that you are having cold and cough probably induced by long travelling and exposure to dust and cold.
This requires treatment by the use of anti-tussives, decongestants and mucolytic drugs. Antibiotics are required in case of infection.

Do consult your Physician doctor for examination and treatment.

Hope this information is helpful.
Do write back to me for further questions.

Thank you
