How To Treat Cholesteatoma Of Right Ear Causing Facial Paralysis?

Hello.I have colesteatoma in my right side of ear since childhood and 6 month before it paralysed my face ( bell palsy ) on the same side. I have lost some hearing like 30 percent and teste of my tong is also sur on right side.Can you suggest me some medicine ??? Doctor suggest me a surgery ..

Only treatment is modified radical mastoidectomy with facial nerve decompression.How much you delay survey condition will become worsen it erode bone go into intracranial space and can cause life threatening complication
